Hotel Haven is participating in a pilot launched by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to strengthen the visibility of Finnish food culture at international meetings and events.
Food as part of Finnish identity
The aim of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' pilot cooperation is that international conference and meeting guests should not have to leave Finland without tasting Finnish food. Every Finnish meal offered to an international guest is an opportunity to communicate about Finnish expertise, clean ingredients, the seasons and food culture. Telling the story behind the food turns a meal into a memorable experience and builds a positive image of Finland.
Conference catering for international conference guests
As a result of the collaboration, Hotel Haven, amongst some other Strawberry hotels, has created conference catering for international conference guests, celebrating Finnish food culture. We operate in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel environmental criteria by emphasizing local food, using WWF green list fish, favoring Finnish seasonal ingredients, and minimizing food waste and disposable materials.

Meeting package prices are valid on weekdays Mon–Sat 07:00–17:00. Minimum invoicing is for 8 people. The meeting room is available for 8 hours and the price includes the room rental. The meeting room equipment includes a projector or TV screen, Wi-Fi and a flip chart. We take special care of our guests with special diets.
The furniture in the meeting rooms is fixed and belongs to the room (e.g. TV screen, buffet tables). The meeting package includes setting up the room once to the desired setup before the event begins. If you would like to modify the room during the event, please contact the staff in advance (re-configuring the room costs €50).
